By accessing or using https://CampusGist.com.ng and all its subdomains (including https://CBT.campusgist.com.ng), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. General Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details (where applicable).
  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

2. CBT Practice Platform (CBT.campusgist.com.ng)

  • All practice tests, mock exams, past questions, and answers are for educational and preparatory purposes only.
  • Scores and results generated on CBT.campusgist.com.ng are simulated and have no official value.
  • We are not affiliated with JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or any tertiary institution.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Some services (premium past questions, full CBT access, etc.) may require payment.
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and non-refundable after access has been granted.
  • In case of technical errors (e.g., double payment, no access granted), contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on CampusGist (text, graphics, past questions, explanations, design, software, and CBT platform) is owned by CampusGist or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.
  • Sharing login details or distributing paid content is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the CBT platform
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access content
  • Share or resell our paid materials
  • Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CampusGist shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of data, exam scores, or admission opportunities
  • Technical malfunctions or downtime of the Site
  • Inaccuracies in practice questions (although we strive for 100% accuracy)

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
